We understand that life happens! We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A $30 deposit is required for full set appointments only and will be applied toward your total service. Deposits are not required for other services unless there is a history of missed appointments or late cancellations. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone 🤍 A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or canceled, and you may still be responsible for the full service cost. To ensure a calm and relaxing experience, no extra guests, children, or pets are allowed during your appointment. Clients who no-show will be required to pay a $40 rebooking fee before scheduling any future appointments. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, repeated late arrivals, or failure to follow policies. All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please reach out within 72 hours of your appointment so we can address them accordingly.
